Mindfulness - Awareness of the good. Gratitude - Appreciation of the good.
In this 6 week programme we break down the skills of gratitude into tangible steps, and teach children how to notice the good things in their life, and develop a daily gratitude practice.

We explore the world around us with a "gratitude lens", and show how we can use gratitude change our mood and help us through challenges.

We also learn about our 5 senses, and how we can use these to help us re-focus on the good, when we are experiencing overwhelming or sad feelings.

The programme is fun and interactive, and includes guided relaxation, mindful movement, breathing techniques, and a gratitude journal.
