we do the mahi, you get the treats!
Having worked for organisations which include programme facilitation as part of their service, we know how time consuming it can be to design your own content. Coming up with engaging and creative group lessons or 1:1 coaching plans, takes a lot of time… so let us help you!
We have done all the hard work of researching, writing, designing, and filming content that is popular with the kids and ticks all the boxes for delivering outcomes, so now all you have to do is push play, and reap the rewards with the kids and families you support.
iCoach4kids is a fresh and exciting approach to wellbeing and resilience for Kiwi kids aged 7 - 12 years, and is broad enough that it align's well with most organisations objectives and outcomes. The package includes all the content on our Programme page, plus Facilitators Manual and Video Training Modules for your staff.
The programme is based on the mid section of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. The premise is that if children have the Psychological Needs of belonging, acceptance and value met, they will develop a strong sense of wellbeing, and the core strength required to overcome challenges, enabling them to progress to their full potential.

iCoach4kids has been developed using a growing body of evidence and practice emerging from the interaction between Neuroscience, and Psychology, known as Neuropsychology. Neuropsychology brings together the following understandings:

-
1. The brain is neuroplastic and changes in response to our thoughts and experiences

-
2. Our behaviour is not an isolated event, but the result of our thoughts and emotions (CBT)

Neuro-Psychology gives us a great platform for teaching students that their wellbeing is not just a 'random feeling', but something they can regulate. Our programme demonstrates how our brain, body and behaviour are all connected, and empowers kids to influence each of these areas with their choices.

Lessons can be delivered by your staff in either a 1:1 or small group setting. The process is as follows:
